By creating an account or using Clover you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Clover helps people discover and express interest in clinical trials run by third-party research sites and sponsors. Clover does not conduct trials, provide medical care, or decide who is enrolled.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Matching depends on the health information you provide. You agree it is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge. Clover isn’t responsible for outcomes that result from inaccurate information.

Content on Clover is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your healthcare provider before joining or leaving a study.

Participation is voluntary and governed by the informed-consent process of each study. Clover does not guarantee acceptance into any study, any outcome, or any compensation. Compensation is set and paid by the study sponsor or site.

• Don’t submit false information or impersonate anyone.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Don’t use Clover for any unlawful purpose.

The Clover name, logo, design and content are owned by Clover Trials, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or adapt them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clover is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, which for participants is zero.

You agree to defend and hold Clover harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County.
