This Phase 3 study is evaluating a once-weekly injectable medication for adults living with Type 2 Diabetes who are already taking oral medication. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study medication or a placebo alongside their current treatment.
Study objective
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the study medication in reducing HbA1c levels over 52 weeks compared with placebo.

A screening visit with blood work and a health history review
A weekly self-administered injection at home after in-clinic training
Monthly clinic visits for labs, vitals and a check-in with the study nurse
A short daily blood-sugar log on a study-provided app
